My Goal

For me, being a Mac Tech is more than just offering my expertise around Macs. It's about establishing relationships. Most of my customers over the years, have also become my friends. Having supportive friendly relationships with my customers is what feeds me the most in my work. I wouldn't want it any other way!

I have been offering Macintosh support since 1995. My first Mac was a Quadra 605 running on Mac OS 7. Technology has come a long way since then and we have all had to keep up with the times. This is not going to change. Because technology is advancing so fast, I can honestly say, that I may not have the answer to every issue. What I promise however, is that If I don't have the answer to your problem, I will do my best to educate myself and find it!

My goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
